• Proven Venue Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience

• Strong operational knowledge across gaming, sports bar, food & beverage

• A commercially minded leader who understands how to balance guest experience with business performance

• Experience leading successful events and busy trading periods

• A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and leading from the front

• Current Queensland RMLV and Approved Manager Licence
