· 5 years’ relevant experience

· Qualification in Accounting/Finance/Financial Management

· Advantageous: SAIPA, CIMA, ACCA or SAICA membership/studies

· Essential practical capability: management accounts, VAT and tax support, bank and balance-sheet reconciliations, debtors, creditors, payroll journals, stock controls and audit preparation

· Working knowledge of applicable South African accounting, tax, statutory and data-confidentiality obligations
