The Role

• Support the Venue Manager across daily operations, leading the team on shift and driving standout guest experiences
• Take full control of the floor during peak trade, maintaining service, safety, and compliance standards
• Step confidently into Manager on Duty — handling incidents, guest needs, and team performance in the moment
• Motivate and develop a high-performing front-of-house team

About You

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a fast-paced hospitality venue
• Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
• A natural leader who stays calm under pressure and brings out the best in their team
• Genuinely driven to build a long-term career in hospitality management
