The Hotel Canobolas located in Orange NSW is looking for experienced and skillful Cooks to join our busy kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality venue with a strong focus on quality food and teamwork.

Key Duties:

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a high standard in a busy service environment
• Maintain consistency, quality, and portion control across all dishes
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards are strictly followed
• Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a high-volume or premium dining environment.
• Culinary qualifications or equivalent experience in professional kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings.

Permanent full time role with a starting salary between $76K - $80K (plus super) based on the experience and skills
