Vice President, Investor Relations - Leading Global Hospitality Group (Bangkok based - Expat package included)

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading global hospitality and lifestyle group with a strong international footprint and a reputation for excellence. They are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Investor Relations to join their Bangkok-based team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's investment story and engagement with the global investment community. Candidate currently based out of Thailand with international exposure are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Craft and articulate the company's investment narrative for analysts and investors.
• Prepare investor-related materials, including presentations, press releases, and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts, investors, and stock exchange representatives.
• Provide senior management with insights from the investment community and advise on strategic IR matters.
• Oversee investor database management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and lead strategic initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as required.
