Research Leadership: Produce compelling thought leadership through topical reports, quarterly market updates, and strategic analysis that positions JLL as the authority on hotel market trends Partnership: Support our Hotels & Hospitality Capital Markets and VARA teams by delivering insights that directly inform client investment strategies and business decisions. Market Presence: Deliver high-impact industry presentation materials that elevate JLL's profile and showcase JLL’s expertise to key market participants. Produce and contribute press releases to generate media coverage. Data Excellence: Build and maintain comprehensive datasets tracking the Australasian hotels and hospitality market, ensuring our intelligence foundation remains best-in-class Global Collaboration: Work closely with APAC and global research colleagues to provide Australian market context and contribute to regional research initiatives Client Engagement: Present directly to major investors, developers, and lenders, translating complex market data into actionable investment insights
Job Location: JLL Melbourne CBD office
Sound like you? To apply you need:
3+ years of relevant corporate experience with demonstrated analytical capability Research experience preferred but not required. Undergraduate degree in Property, Economics, Commerce, or analytical disciplines highly valued
