In this role, you ensure a smooth and efficient purchasing process. You monitor the quality, cost, and availability of products and, together with your team, contribute to an optimized operational organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the Purchasing team;
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts and pricing agreements;
- Monitoring the quality, price, and delivery times of goods and services;
- Ensuring accurate inventory management and performing regular checks;
- Handling administrative tasks correctly, such as receipts and invoices;
- Initiating improvements within purchasing processes and collaborating closely with F&B Management.
