• Formal culinary qualification (advantageous).
• Strong pastry skills with creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Willingness to relocate or commute to Simons Town.
