Luxury Hotel General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited university in business administration, hospitality, or related major
• 2-year degree plus 8+ years of management, operations, sales, or marketing experience OR 4-year bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrable leadership and operational experience in upscale or full-service environments
• Proven track record managing financials, guest satisfaction, and team performance

• Prior experience as a hotel general manager, ideally in luxury or full-service properties
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset; ability to identify innovative revenue streams and local partnerships
