- Hotel Services Manager - Impex Group
Description
Impex Group, a leading property services company in Malaga, Perth, is seeking a Hotel Services Manager on a full-time basis to manage and coordinate hotel-style services in serviced apartments, including reception, luggage assistance, reservations and event bookings, transport arrangements, and other guest services. The salary offered is $76,515 per annum plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide personalized attention to guests, managing the front desk, assisting with luggage, and offering general support during their stay.
· Assist guests with reservations, transport coordination, and any other service requests.
· Address and resolve apartment or guest issues, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other service providers.
· Maintain accurate service records, reports, and staff schedules.
· Ensure professional standards and safety procedures are followed in all guest interactions.
Skills and Experience Required:
· AQF Certificate III or IV in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in hotel concierge services or hospitality management.
· Previous experience in concierge, hotel services, front desk, or related hospitality roles.
· Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with serviced apartments, building services, or property management is highly desirable.
