We are seeking an experienced Hotel Service Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations, ensure high service standards, and manage staff to deliver excellent guest experiences. Key Duties

• Manage day-to-day hotel operations and guest services
• Supervise and coordinate hotel staff and rosters
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints
• Monitor budgets, supplies, and operational efficiency

Qualifications, Skills, Attributes and Experience

• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualification
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Operational and organisational skills
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures
• Professional, proactive, and service-oriented
• Well-organised with attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management preferred

Location: Perth, WA Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: AUD 70,000 – 110,000 per annum
