The Wattle Hotel is a renowned hospitality destination known for exceptional service, welcoming atmosphere, and memorable guest experiences. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the venue.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments including accommodation, food and beverage, and guest services.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, control costs, and maximise profitability.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, promptly addressing guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate marketing, promotions, and community engagement activities to enhance the hotel’s reputation and attract new clientele.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and local community partners.
- Previous management experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in hotels or large hospitality venues.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, staff performance, and operational standards.
- A hands-on manager with a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
