About the Role:
As a Hospitality Intern, you'll work closely with the Hospitality team to help refine and deliver our unique approach to service. You'll assist in organizing onboard amenities, supporting Customer satisfaction initiatives, and collaborating across departments to ensure every touchpoint reflects the JSX standard of excellence. This role is ideal for students passionate about aviation, service design, and creating memorable experiences. This full-time summer internship will run from May 18th through August 7th.
A Day in the Life:
Your day will be hands-on and collaborative, focused on helping the team deliver consistent, elevated service to every Customer. You'll support day-to-day Hospitality operations, assist in gathering feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance the Customer journey. Pay & Perks:
Compensation is $18.00/hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
Additional Information:
May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, technical developments, Security Screening, etc).
