Iconic Property Services is a Western Australia-based company delivering professional hospitality and property services across multiple sites. Due to business growth and increased operational demand, we are seeking a qualified Hospitality Service Manager to join our team in Perth.
About the Role
The position of Hospitality Service Manager is a full-time, genuine role responsible for planning, organising, directing, and controlling hospitality service operations to ensure high standards of customer service and efficient business performance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities (ANZSCO Aligned)
Oversee and manage daily hospitality operations across allocated sites
Plan and coordinate service delivery to ensure high-quality customer experience
Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance
Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards
Monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare operational reports
Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety and hygiene regulations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
Liaise with senior management to improve operational efficiency
Coordinate rostering and workforce planning
Skills & Experience
Relevant qualification (Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or related field)
At least 1 year of relevant full-time work experience (or 3 years without formal qualification)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple operations in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits
Annual salary between $75,000 – $85,000 + superannuation
